About Issy
Hi, I’m Issy — a sport scientist, PhD researcher, and hybrid athlete specialising in female physiology and performance.

I’ve spent my life in high-performance sport, from football and triathlon to competing in HYROX, including the 2025 World Championships in Chicago.
As an athlete, I experienced REDs, which reshaped how I approach training, fuelling, and performance.
​
Now, through my research and applied work with female athletes, I help women understand their bodies and optimise performance without compromising long-term health.
